STUDIO RENT

5 hours – 490€

10 hours – 850€

(Overtime: 105€/h)

Heating costs (only incurred when heating is required):
Rent <10h = 14€/h Rent >=10h = 9,5€/h

all prices net, plus VAT MwSt.

EVENT

Workshops, seminars, exhibitions, photo meetups, etc. upon request.

Included in the studio rent:

The use of the studio including bathroom
WLAN, electricity costs (except heavy current), final cleaning
Kitchen use

Overtime starts at the latest when the agreed rental time is exceeded by 10 minutes.

2 photographers included per booking*. 3rd photographer 100€ plus VAT.
From 4 photographers / For Meetups prices on request.
The studio doesn’t provide own photographers.

All prices are valid up to a maximum of 13 people present. Beyond that on request.

DISCOUNT

For a long term rental (consecutive rental days) you will benefit from the following discounts:

from 7 days – 10%

from 14 days – 15%

The discounts refer to the pure studio rental (optional / additional costs such as equipment are excluded).

OPTIONAL COSTS

drinks flat rate – 9€
cleaning lump sum for rough soiling – 65€
high voltage usage – according to consumption
use of ramp + heavy duty elevator 50€
